Healthy Elements in Life

Went to Dr. Roizen’s talk today (co-founder of Few takeaways from the talk in how to live to a healthy life:

  • Walk 30 mins a day (or 10,000 steps)
  • Meditate 15 mins in the morning and at night (help to lower stress)
  • Avoid food: saturated fat, trans fat, sugar, and anything that can easily turn into sugar.
